Position Requirements (No exceptions)
·         Must have sales experience
·         Extremely Dependable
·         Must be a People Person
·         Must be Professional at all times
·         Open availability
·         Meet Deadlines
·         Computer, and Cell phone
·         Must be available from 9am-10pm via phone or email
·         Social Media knowledge, must have Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts
·         Must be able to create professional correspondence by email

Position details
·         Report to Executive Assistant to CEO
·         Gain full knowledge of services and registration procedures
·         Train New Hires
·         Manage 5-8 Social Media Representatives
·         Be on call to answer questions from team or clients Daily between 9am-10pm
·         Attend daily Mandatory Executive Team conference calls, and provide updates to Head Executives
·         Communicate with Marketing Director daily
·         Distribute pre- made post to Social Media Representatives daily for group posting
·         Make sure all Social Media Reps are posting daily
·         Communicate with potential Clients on Facebook and Social Media
·         Be able to speak about company, services and details with confidence
·         Remain professional at all times verbally and via email or text correspondence
·         Report any employee’s that are not working to Executive Assistant
·         Post in Facebook groups daily to promote company services and gain sales leads
·         Respond to all comments on posts and direct client to the correct person
·         Search and join new groups to grow our network (add CEO & Executive Assistant to groups that you join)
·         Attend all mandatory team, and company conference call
·         Check company group chat frequently for any updates
·         Post on other social media sites such as your Twitter and Instagram etc.
