Position Requirements (No exceptions)
·         Must have sales experience

·         Must be Professional at all times

·         Meet Deadlines
·         Computer, and Cell phone
·         Must be available from 9am-10pm via phone or email
·         Social Media knowledge, must have Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts
·         Must be able to create professional correspondence by email


Position details
·         Report to Executive Assistant to CEO
·         Report Telephone conference schedule to Executive Assistant
·         Submit team reports to Executive Assistant every Thursday by 4:00p.m
·         Manage a sales team of 5-8 sales representatives
·         Create and develop an effective sales strategy
·         Hold conference calls with your team
·         Train New Hires
·         Be on call to answer questions from team or clients Daily between 9am-10pm
·         Attend daily Mandatory Executive Team conference calls, and provide updates to Head Executives
·         Report any employees that are not working
·         Gain full knowledge of all services and registration procedures
·         Communicate with potential Clients on Facebook and Social Media
·         Sell all company product and services to include Dyme Squad Live TV
·         Post in Facebook groups daily to promote company services and gain sales leads
·         Search for potential clients online and in your local area
·         Business to Business Sales
·         Schedule local Face to Face meetings and telephone conference meetings with potential clients
·         Be able to speak about company, services and details with confidence
·         Hold business conference calls with potential clients to explain services, answer questions and finalize sales
·         Report to Executive Sales Director
·         Attend all mandatory team conference calls
·         Meet all deadlines
·         Reply to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours.
·         Remain professional at all times verbally and via email or text correspondence
·         Follow up with all potential clients within 3 days of initial contact
